About Affection Plan

Affection Plan is an independent reference and facilitation service operated by Cendale Documents Clearing Services FZCO, a documents-clearing company licensed in Dubai (Trade Licence 78065).

The site explains a specific area of Dubai property documentation in plain, accurate terms and, where wanted, arranges the related paperwork on the owner’s behalf through Cendale. It is not a government body and does not issue official records. All official property records in Dubai are issued and held by the Dubai Land Department (DLD).

What we do

  • Explain the process clearly and accurately.
  • Prepare and submit the documentation through the proper official channels.
  • Coordinate with the relevant Trustee Centre or DLD service on the client’s behalf.

What we are not

We are not the Dubai Land Department, RERA, or any government entity, and we are not a successor to or agent of them. Official decisions, fees and records remain with the DLD.
